It's Never Ruined

Anyone ever have those days where you have a bad lunch and then figure the day is ruined? Then snacks, dinner and dessert somehow end up completely out of control... I've been there too. You just have to remember that it is never ruined! Your body (blood sugar) may be out of whack for 5-7 hours but the BEST WAY to recover is eat your next meal healthy and balanced.

Have a great Saturday! Enjoy a little treat tonight but just remember...back to healthy eating first thing in the morning! :)
