Ever feel like you just want to be at your goal? You just want to be strong or fitter or lose more weight or able to do that push up or finally learn how to let go of stress before it latches on forever. We all have personal goals and goals are important. Most of these goals whether they're related to strength of the body or mind build in increments. Not only do the physical disciplines build in increments but so does learning how to relax and let go of stress.
Helpful hints:
Journal your progress - this way you can look back to where you started or where you were last week.
Test yourself once a week - make short term goals that are achieveable and you'll reach them.
Pat yourself on the back - acknowledge your progress and be happy for yourself. Whether big or small, progress is progress and it counts.
