Pysical ~ cuts, bruises, scrapes, poor posture, muscle tears, joint issues, etc.
Mental ~ negative thinking, verbal abuse, taking on too much to handle, work stress, family stress and many more.
Electromagnetic Stress ~ getting enough sunlight, exposure to computers, cell phones, tv's, cordless phones and more.
Thermal Stress ~ running a high fever for a prolonged period of time or exposure to extreme weather conditions.
