Today is the day I think most people are beginning to truly execute their new year's resolutions. The first day back at work, no more vacation, first morning getting up early again, and the first meals to prepare while in the midst of organizing life and the beginning of the "real world" again. Yes, it's time to schedule your workouts, get prepared and set yourself up for success!
Here's a check list...
1. Water Jug
2. Meals Prepared
3. Workouts Scheduled
4. Workout/Food Journal (log it!)
5. House Chores Done (so you can focus on you!!!)
6. Work :( (it's a necessity!)
7. Smile (you will reach your goal!)
