Bella Boot Camp for the Beginner

Bella Boot Camp is our biggest selling fitness retreat and a high energy, fun time for all. If you are a beginner exerciser and you would like to participate in Bella Boot Camp, you might want to try the half program or V Retreat. The half program gives you the ability to choose your three classes out of the daily schedule. It's a better bet for those that haven't worked out ever or for a while. All levels welcome though!
