Warm Weather Tip of The Day

Don't forget your electrolytes! Stock up on Gatorade or Electromix. If you're outdoors a lot or working out double duty in this heat, make sure you replace those essential electrolytes. You need sodium, chromium, potassium and magnesium.

Hint: Get Gatorade G2 for lower calories!
