When the Weather is Warm

For warm weather workouts...

Get a Hat
Hydrate
Wear White
Wear Light, Breathable Clothing
Don't Forget About Your Electrolytes
Look for Shade
If You're Feeling Nausea, Chills, Dizziness or Faint ~ Stop Immediately and Look for Shade and Hydration
