Weekly Nutrition Challenge

Utilize 2-3 different fresh herbs each night when making dinner.


Examples:

Chicken – rosemary, tarragon, basil, oregano, thyme, sage, cilantro, parsley

Fish - dill, basil, oregano, thyme, parsley, marjoram

Meat – tarragon, oregano, basil, thyme, parsley
