Check Your Stress Level
What types of stress affect you?
Chemical ~ toxic cleaners, pollution, herbicides, pesticides, fungacides and more.
Pysical ~ cuts, bruises, scrapes, poor posture, muscle tears, joint issues, etc.
Mental ~ negative thinking, verbal abuse, taking on too much to handle, work stress, family stress and many more.
Electromagnetic Stress ~ getting enough sunlight, exposure to computers, cell phones, tv's, cordless phones and more.
Thermal Stress ~ running a high fever for a prolonged period of time or exposure to extreme weather conditions.

All in a Few Weeks...
Hi to Everyone!
I'm back! I've been posting very sporadically and I apologize for that. It's been a very busy couple of weeks!
So far this year we've had many great clients (as usual!). The weather has been in the 80s as well as the 30s and we've had some amazing results!!!
Clients have lost from 1.5 - 12.5 pounds in one week!!!! And lots of inches have been lost and NO ONE is missing them! :)
We've amped up the program and Mark and I are trying to get everyone to burn as many calories as POSSIBLE!!! We're getting tougher so watch out when you come back to boot camp!
Hope the new year has brought about much positive change for everyone!

Today is the Day
Today is the day I think most people are beginning to truly execute their new year's resolutions. The first day back at work, no more vacation, first morning getting up early again, and the first meals to prepare while in the midst of organizing life and the beginning of the "real world" again. Yes, it's time to schedule your workouts, get prepared and set yourself up for success!

2. Meals Prepared
3. Workouts Scheduled
4. Workout/Food Journal (log it!)
5. House Chores Done (so you can focus on you!!!)
6. Work :( (it's a necessity!)
7. Smile (you will reach your goal!)
